I really like the birdhouse I purchased through Amazon. However, the product information led me to believe the part in the back that opens to allow it to be cleaned out would be bigger then two fingers. I don't know how I'm going to clean a nest out of it. Also, I thought the house would be divided so 3 birds could build nests inside since there are 3 holes. What worries me is that the birdhouse is not exactly light-weight and I don't know if the chain that it hangs from will weather a windy storm. But other than that, I love the bird house. If it is used as decoration inside, then it is perfect. Overtime I will learn the answers to some of my worries.

I have to say, although this birdhouse did not meet my standards and had a defect, the customer service provided by this company was a absolutely 5 star all the way. The cleaning opening in the back is 1.5" x 1", so unless you can clean it with a single finger it will be difficult. Cute design, I would say decorative more than functional.

I was delighted by this clever birdhouse! It was made very well, heavy duty and artistically painted. I enjoy seeing it hanging in the tree. No residents yet, probably to new to the yard, but even if no one moves in, it is quite appealing just hanging there in the tree. I would give as a gift with no hesitation!
