It's hard rubber. Good for kids. Material is non toxic and Colourful. Only problem all the 6pieces are not good. I found 4pc perfect and rest are tiny whole in the body.

cost wise material good, the only issue is it is very sharp, specially tail area.. so children above 3 is okay but not for below 2 years
