Q: We bought this scanner in May, when we scan the driver license it only gives black image, what problem it might be?

Itsa name card scanner. Dont think it scan others

Q: Is them compadible with MS Exchange?

It works fine with MS, but cannot yet figure out how the contacts are stored on MS Outlook!

Q: Does it work with office 365 Windows 10?

I have Windows 10 but I don't have 365 - love the scanner
