Absolument ravie du service. Très belle vaisselle tant en qualité qu'en finition.Service client au top : 4 colis arrivés en 2 fois, très bien emballés. Dans le dernier colis, malheureusement une assiette était cassée. Le service client a répondu très rapidement à toutes mes questions et nous venons de recevoir l'assiette en remplacement.Bref: je conseille vivement.

Belle vaisselle le prix vaut la qualité
Très beau service. Passe au lave vaiselle, micro ondes, four. Magnifique et rends très bien. Peut-être améliorer le suivi de l'envoi. Mais aucun problème quand a l'expédition très bien emballé. Aucune casse. Je recommande.

Bellissimo servizio
Il servizio è bellissimo, e il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Anche l'assistenza clienti è stata disponibile e tempestiva. Ci sono state solo un paio di pecche, la prima un errore nella spedizione, in cui si sono dimenticati dei piatti fondi e un paio erano difettati (piccoli errori di stampaggio, niente di grave) e la seconda che i piatti che hanno mandato in sostituzione insieme ai fondi erano imballati solo con della carta per cui uno dei due è arrivato rotto,altrumenti normalmente i prodotti sono imballati molto bene e ben protetti ed è difficile che si danneggino.
