Leviton 49255-H48 QuickPort Flat Panel, 48-Port, 2RU, Cable Management Bar Included , Black

Great product, but a different model is now being shipped. The pictured item is the 49255-H24 and the shipped model is the 49255-L24. The difference is the white area "label". The 49255-L24 has plastic lenses and replaceable labels. See attached picture. It functions exactly the same, just has a different labeling system, if you decide to use it. I have asked the seller to update the model number on the listing, but it doesn't look like it will happen. I also contacted Leviton and they said that both models are current models.

Like everything from Leviton, this thing works like a champ. The ports were easy to install, the blanks were easy to label, and the included cable management bar is always nice.The one and only hiccup was that the rack screws it came with were tapped differently than my rack, but the rack came with extra screws, so this was a nonissue.A previous reviewer has complained that this panel will not work with Cable Matters Quick Ports. This is true, but if you're used to doing installs, also not surprising. Leviton wants you to use Leviton equipment. Panduit wants you to use Panduit equipment. I would imagine Cable Matters wants you to use Cable Matters equipment. So, of course, they won't make these things interchangeable.As for the price, if you're going with Leviton, you're doing so because they're the best, not the cheapest. Buy this if you don't want to worry about your patch panel falling apart. This thing is built to last.

doens't fit the less-expensive ICC jacks as well as the Leviton series (which I prefer, but cost too much).

I used this for Leviton 61110-OL6 eXtreme Cat 6 jacks but the holes are standard. I did not mount the cable management bar but everything in the box was pro quality.

Leviton 49255-H48 QuickPort Flat Panel is easy to install and inserting or taking out keystones are super easy. Due to the better design keystone sits properly. Highly recommended.

Pricey, but it fits Cat6a quick connects, needless to say I am happy.

Heavy, high quality product. I'd definitely recommend this to clean up the homerun in your house, if you haven't already. I coupled two of these with https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E887XU/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_51 and ended up with a beautiful result! Also, comes with nice support bars for supporting the attaching cables behind the panel.

It was great to put together the inserts outside of the cabinet we have and then be able to snap them into the panel.

I had various cables with quick connect ends already in use and when I decided to clean things up and put it all into a wall rack, this allowed me to just use the existing quick connects as opposed to cutting the cable ends and rewiring into the usual patch panels. Port holes should be spaced further apart as the quick connects are wider than the holes and they rub against each other when you try to insert them in side by side holes which makes it challenging to insert or remove each one. However, the item is well made and would it buy again if I was the same circumstance with a bunch of already terminated cables. Otherwise, I would just use a patch panel to terminate the cables.
