Have bought many colours in this design. The bag is very lightweight, very sturdy and the quality of zippers is excellent. The wrapping is very poor so sometimes we have to return the shabby piece and place a fresh order keeping fingers crossed that we won't need to return it again.

Zip is good quality and one small bag is useful my daughter is very happy with this product👍

I have shown a comparison photo of this bag with a big bag. The other bag is not that big but wanted to show to let you all know that the Nelle Harper Shoulder Bag is not a big one. It is of a standard size. The zipper is of good quality.Bag looks classy.It has two main compartments.Inside there is no small pockets.There is one zipper compartment inside one of the two main compartments.Outside small zipper pocket is also there.As the bag is a sturdy one room for more things is not there but don't look over stuffed.You can carry a standard sized notebook, an umbrella, a purse and a water bottle, which will fill 90% of the space of that bag.So it is a standard sized bag and a decent one too.

value buy,soft leather .not exactly the brand and design in search of,but decent enough .small purse/pouch attached is cute.happy to own it

I dint like the bag, as it was not same as image shown , so I wanted to return it, but no Amazon agent came or called for return pickup ,and am not able to contact Amazon customer care service as am not a prime member, so is it problem from seller or Amazon?..anyone can understand this s purely a mistake from Amazon...and what shud I do by keeping this unwanted product, is ther any solution, I hope Amazon will contact me for this return because the product is still with tags..
