Durable dog door as long as you install securely.
The media could not be loaded. This is the second time purchasing this screen door. I use it as a doggy door to keep bugs out. Last year I did not use any of the tacks, and because there was a 1" gap at the bottom, I purchased screen patch tape to extend the bottom. The reason it only lasted 1 year is because my pitbull, Cindy, is very clumsy and would step directly onto the screen every time she went out. It eventually tore a hole between the seem and my extension, which she got her paw caught through over and over again. After learning from my mistakes, I used the enclosed wood tacks to secure allong the top, and the bottom corners, at the high stress points. I am also not adding the extension because without it, I believe my dog won't be able to get her paw stuck on the screen. Most insects fly up, not down anyway, so I'm not expecting a huge change in the amount of bugs in my home. I also highly recommend using the tacks along the top if you live in a hot climate, because after weeks of temperatures above 90°, the adhesive softened, and the velcro began to slide. All in all, given the enormous amount of wear and tear I put it through, I'd rate this screen extremely durable. Will purchase again.

Has issues, but is durable
I really, really wanted to give this 5 stars. The mesh is great and it closes with the magnets perfectly. Very hard to find. However my issues began with installing. What should've been a simple 5 minute install took a half an hour. The adhesive was strong on the velcro, but so strong that the paper backing peeled off from the protective film between it and the adhesive, thus rendering the adhesive useless in places and creating a mess of shards of paper backing. I had to scrape it off or attempt to peel it up with not much luck in doing so.Even after this, I still had hope for it with the tacks. After installing, it worked wonderfully. It was tight, visually appealing just like in the photo, and the magnets closed beautifully. My dogs didn't even have a problem going in and out of them. However, after installing, that night it rained and by the next morning it started pulling apart. And I'm assuming because of the lack of proper adhesive, it started to droop in places from humidity and I had to secure it all over again. The fiberglass mesh quality is great, but everything else was poor craftsmanship. Had I not spent so much time and effort and tacks in my doorframe, I would pull it down and return it.Maybe it won't be this way for everyone because it genuinely looked nice at first.***9/9/19 Edit: I sent in for a replacement and they sent me one that was too small!!My return window closed because I wanted to wait for cooler weather to reinstall and I reached out to them for the proper exchange. If they respond in a timely manner and replace it, I will change my rating, but as of now I'm furious.New edit: they sent me a new one in the right size. 4 stars because of the hassle. Otherwise it is of much better quality mesh-wise than anything else. I highly recommend skipping the sticky tape and using a staple gun if you don't plan on removing it.

UPDATED: Dry Rots and Tears after 1 Year
UPDATED: June 2020, It was nice for the first year, I even took this down during the winter and stored it indoors. After putting it back up for this summer the screen material was very dry and brittle, brushing it with any object as you go through causes small tears, to bad. Only good for about 1 year OLD REVIEW : Fairly easy to install, sanded door jam before installing, washed and dried. Velcro included had about 6 inches left over, so not much room for error, Installed using sticky Velcro and Included tacks because this door has high usage. 32" x 80" leaves about a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom, you might be able to close the gap by adjusting the velcro, but not completely sealed, seems decent, magnets appear about medium strong, not sure how long they will last. About 20 minutes to install not counting prep work like sanding old paint off door jam

Hung outside, instead of inside. Like the left option better.
July 10th - The new screen arrived a few days ago. I hung it today. I do really like the "left" side opening option. It is still hanging outside, which works fine. Picture #4. - It is not perfect, but it does the job. It was a little wider than the old one, but I used the same wall tape, anyway. I give customer service 5+ stars, and I give the product itself 5 stars, the product for "my use", as I said is not a perfect fit, so 4.5 stars.... if this helps.Update July 3 - The company reached out to me, unsolicited, soon after I wrote the review. Their customer service has exceeded my expections. We have corresponded over the past month and a half. During our back and forth, I suggested the company create a door with a left side opening. I came to find out the company has such a door, but it is not easily found on Amazon. Infact, I cannot find it on amazon, unless I use the link sent to me by the company. The door was out of stock, and I just received word that it is not in stock and will be sent soon. I am waiting for the new door - and will post once it is received. Fingers crossed.Update - The dog and cats have figured out the door. The 34 inch fit the 36 inch fine. The door was too long, but the shortest I could find. If I had hung it inside, it would have three inches lying on the floor. I realized it was meant to be hung inside the house, after I hung it. There is a flap to close the screen, but mine is outside. The adhesion is strong, so strong it won't come off if you make a mistake hanging it. Mine will get wet from the rain, as that was the only place to hang it flat. I have a sliding double door to the outside. The only option to hanging inside would be a full screen, inside the house over both sides. There is no option really made for my type of door, except that option. I didn't realize I would miss opening the full screen door when I was carrying things in and out of the house. I am not sure the pets will figure this out. (I usually have a door door in the screen door). I may end up needing to go back to a screen door, with a pet door.

Very Functional Product and Suitable Door Sizes
The bug screen door functions very well as intended. It was difficult to find similar product with the door size that I need (being 8 feet high x 32 inches width) and in matching black color. Hope the adhesive will last for a while.

Allows mosquitoes to get through
There's a gap between each magnets. So, insects like mosquitoes get inside through the gap.
