Revised Review
Product arrived late but worth waiting for. Note that there was no reference to it being supplied in a carrier box so very pleased that when it arrived it was. Battery was almost fully charged on arrival too and the carrier box was 'tie-it' closed . Not used the product yet but I feel sure it will be fine and do the job.

Battery didn't work from first try
The media could not be loaded. Just received my needed impact wrench today. Opened and notice it didn't work right away. Tried charging the battery and see that blinking light. Need to return it. And late in my project...

I paid for new and got a used product
I was disappointed with this as it clearly showed signs of being used, so it's been returned for a refund...In addition parkside tool are good, I'm getting a nice collection of the now

Useless. Definitely not 400nm
DO NOT BUY. This impact gun is pretty useless. It cannot even remove wheel bolts.I don't think it has ever successfully removed any bolt on the car unless I have broken it off by hand first.I have another Einhell impact gun rated at only 215nm and that was able to remove the bolts which this impact could not.The Parkside is also quite big, bulky and heavy so not very comfortable to use or get your weight behind. It won't fit in small spaces either as it's just too big and bulkySpend your money on a much better brand e.g. Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt, etc it will be worth it if you are expecting something that works.The Amazon price is also double the Lidl price. It's not worth £60 let alone £120!! I will be taking mine back to Lidl for a warranty refund as it's just useless and taking up space.

Not powerful enough
I have tried to undo the wheel nuts which I previously tighten at 120Nm but no chance even on maximum torque....So I have wasted 80 quid....

Très bonne clé à choc
Acheter au début pour faire des travaux mécaniques a la maison , puis j' ai décider de l enmener dans mon garage pour voir ce qu'elle a dans le ventre et la surpris elle fait sont job sans faiblire, elle ouvre aussi bien des véhicule léger comme des camionettes j ai donc décider d équiper mon garage de cette clé à choc
