Hunter Fan Company, 54206, 52 inch Crestfield Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit and Pull Chain

This thing is gorgeous. Okay, maybe I have low standards for ceiling fans, but this just takes my breath away. Extremely quiet.One beef: The blades snap onto the blade brackets (no screws), and you better strap in because those things are HARD to snap on. I got them all in the end, but the wood on one of the blades was damaged a little bit near the hole (hidden from view by blade brackets) after it snapped into place.

We put this fan in our living room and we love it! Style is great and it's super quiet. We didn't need a remote since we want the same speed and it's connected to our switch.

Fan was well packaged. Installation was easy and fan required no balancing afterwards. Fan moves quite a bit of air and is pretty quiet too.

I can’t stand noisy or rattling fans, and this one started off great. Installation was pretty much standard, although the fan blades didn’t have to be screwed into the rotating housing. They required pressuring onto the integral housing arms - but have rubber bushings on both sides so that should help. Cost a little more that the cheaper ones, but I think that reflects a higher quality (and quieter) motor. I’d buy one of these again in a heartbeat

I bought this one to replace another version that broke. It is installed on a very high ceiling with a 6-foot long shaft, and I chose this one because we can change the lightbulbs with an ordinary ladder but the previous one with it’s upturned shade was very difficult to reach over it to change bulbs, so we had to get someone to come change them for us. I love the brushed nickel and the neutral gray is very pretty and modern looking. The only thing I would change is altering the length of the adjustable chains for manual operation: we don’t even use them because our wall controls are adequate, but the little metal weights on the end of the chains clack against each other when the fan is on.

Perhaps Hunter fans aren't quite as good as they used to be, but they're still the best out there. This fan is exactly what we wanted. It's quiet. Quiet is important! The light is nice and bright--that feature seems to be very difficult to find. This fan is also attractive.

This was easy to install (although I've done a number of them throughout the years). It works exactly as it should with no noise. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the fan. :-)

This hunter fans is one of the best I have seen and I will be purchasing several others in the future.

Expect it to be whisper quiet but it does make some noise. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.

This my third Hunter ceiling fan over a span of 34 years, meaning I get approx 17 years out of each fan...not bad. My last Hunter was a 60", but this fan, 52", seems to move more air. It's installed in my bedroom, which is quite large. Not only is the air movement very good, but the lighting is great, quite bright. The only concern that I had was the installation of the fan blades. They snap on using pre-mounted pins into rubber gromets. The fit is very tight and secure, but that first blade was a learning experience. Be ready to put forth some effort here. Overall, I think that this my best Hunter yet.

Easiest installation of any ceiling fan I’ve ever installed. Needed no blade balancing. No wobble, no noise, other than the sound of air moving.

Installation was easy with the exception of retrofitting to my original outlet box. No fault of the new fan, just my old house has many quirks.It’s been a while since I last installed a ceiling fan so my comparisons may not be valid with current competition. That being said1. Fan directions were clear. Hardware was in marked bags which were identified in the instructions.2. Light kit was easy to attach, provided bulbs are nicely bright.3. Fan blade installation was a breeze and they were perfectly balanced. No wobble at all even at top speed4. Pull chains have icons on them to identify if for light or fan, just a really nice featureVery satisfied, will using same to replace my dining room fan

Did not come with remote. Had to pair out old one to this. It also makes some noise on high. I bought a new fan cause our old one was making noise and it was annoying to sleep with. I do like the style and color though.

This is easy to install. I have now installed 3 of these in our home. Love the bright lights instead of the dim ones most have. And the snap in place can blades are so easy.

Wish would have used old mounting system, this bracket had to be modified to work with junction box.
