Great value - easy set-up
I thought this was going to be an interim solution until we're ready to install a below ground spa but now I see no reason to switch. We love this tub!! It was very easy to set-up and I had it filled and ready to use just hours after it arrived. The instruction manual is a little clunky and was missing a key detail to change the temperature setting from the 99 degree limit (press the temperature button until the numbers blink on the display, then use the arrows to raise/lower it). That's been the only trouble we've had so far. I didn't have the chemicals quite right on the first round so we needed to drain/clean it and even that task was easy and quick. We have it set up on our back patio and we use it every night. Highly recommended.

Company does not respond!
We enjoyed this M Spa hot tub for about 9 months until we got an error code on the display out of nowhere, and the filter, heater and bubbles stopped working. The product comes with a 1 year warranty, but when we tried to contact the email and phone number in the warranty guide, no one would respond. So for $400, we got a piece of equipment that lasted less than a year. What a poor product and non-existent customer service. We will never buy from this company again. Just know that if you buy this, you are out of luck if you have any problems!

IF YOU CAN READ THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ASSEMBLE YOU ARE PROBABLY CHINESE...
I HAVE HAD THE PRODUCT only a little time. It has been a nightmare to read the manual. It is the worse attempt to write something in English I have ever received with a product and the company promoting this product should at least review manuals to determine if they are in English or not. This manual is so poor I have read and re-read it hoping that I can get some direction to put this spa together without destroying it. If it was not so horrible, it might be funny. But it is not funny to me. American companies should demand that manuals be written by proficient English speaking/writing foreign employes. This is not the first time I have gotten a broken English manual. I would like to be as happy as the guy with the spa in his living room. Maybe....if I can get a translator....

I love this hot tub!
I work out 3-4 hours per day and my muscles needed a break. Since there are no places in my area to go to a hot tub, unless you go get a room at a hotel somewhere, we looked to buying one. Was hesitant about buying a soft side because we had bought soft side pools several times without much luck. This surprised me and impressed me. It works great! It was very easy to put together, almost does it by itself.Once filled with cold water it DOES take about 24 hours to heat up completely the first time. After that, not long at all.LOVE MY NEW HOT TUB!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND THIS BRAND!
This was great for all of 10 months until the seam split, and then was quickly followed by the heater blowing out. this wouldn't have been a problem for us, but they fobbed us off, ignored our calls, and now they appear to have their phones cut off. Warranty doesn't seem to cover anything that will actually go wrong with the product. I would never have spent $800 on a product that would last less than a year - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Problematic parts availability
We have an M-Spa Soho that is a few years old but still in great shape. Two months ago we started getting the E-1 error, indicating pump problems. After draining it and removing the pump, I found that the problem was a rubber bushing on the end of the impeller shaft that had deteriorated allowing the pump to wobble and not pump efficiently. I have tried to get the part, of an impeller kit, with no luck. After a lot of searching I finally found the pump, but they want $174 for it! That's about a quarter of what I paid for the spa, and all because of a nickle part. Just to be clear, we're not talking about the whole blower/heater/pump assembly, just the pump. We had an Intex before this one, and when the heater went bad the whole blower/heater/pump egg was $125 (although probably more now). I really like the quality of the unit, but the parts are a bit outrageous.

Don't buy
Nice while it works, first one lasted a week before electrics failed and within 6 months the heater stopped working on the replacement and they wanted another 300 bucks to repair it. Guarantee doesn't cover it if tap water is used, even if all the right chemicals are added and filter used, so the guarantee is useless.
