Have a problem
Hello, I've had this soundbar for 6 months and so far so good, untill today it's decided to start turning it's self up with or with out batteries in the remote, if you could get in touch for where I stand on returning it for a replacement, or a refund that would be great

Mediocre sound bar.
So buys new 50” Samsung TV. Great picture rubbish sound. Thought I would get this to sort it.It doesn’t, no matter what you do I can’t find a setting to suit. There is no display on the unit so you are guessing when you adjust.

No Uk plug but like the look and sound
Arrived with a European plug and no UK adaptor which was disappointing. Love the look and sound quality but have to unplug it every few days and plug it back in as it refuses to pick the Bluetooth up on my phone otherwise.

Came with a European two pin power cord. No mention in the listing, so be prepared to buy an adapter. Very good soundbar though.

Sound Bar makes a difference
We are very pleased with our sound bar and we noticed the difference straight away. The sound comes into the room and as a result we do not have to have the volume up so loud.

EU 🔌 plug only included. Not UK plug.
Beware. The speaker does play well.. Far better than a TV sound.. But arrived with an EU plug not UK.. Had to use a ps3 cable to work it..
