Excellent product. In d product description there is 'remote control' is mentioned but actually it's not in there.

SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON DISCOUNT
Three Major Defects..1. One Metal Pipe of the Stand is missing, leading to imbalance of the cooler.2. 4 Plastic Frames are broken and scattered inside the cooler, leading to the no movement of the fan.3. The Pipe from the Pump is broken as if cut by a sharp thing, leading to no flow of water. So, no function of cooler, just normal fan.Felt Completely Cheated.This seller is delivering defective/ rejected pieces on discount.

Good product 👌
Product is good design and effective. No remote control. Trolley really makes it practical to use. The attached cable is not very long cost saving side it seems. Easy installation. Good cool air.

No remote control and don't need one
Delivery was faster than expected (Delhi address). Being using for two weeks now with no issue (will update if anything happened). Noise a bit high when running at high. The included trolley makes it easy to move around. Zero chance of current leakage which is a big plus. Easy honey comb opening from all three sides. Defective pump
I have received this product on 16.06.23 and courier service provider told me company technician contact with you within 24 hrs but not received call fm company side. After that i uncover the packing and install. When i plug this cooler water pump is not working than i checked and found connecting link of pump and pipe become broken. It's shows Seller has not proper test/check before packing. So i give 03 star.

It work like 3ton AC, we need blankets when it turn on , what a cooler…we love it

Not satisfied with the cooler.
Product is broken on its controlling part. Fans make too much noise. Stand is not provided with the cooler.Over all not satisfied with the product.
