Lace Ruffle Petti Romper for Infant to 2-4t (Large (1-2 years), Red)

The romper looks good but when I tried to put it on notice the inside was an tangled up there was lose elastic in there . I didn't want to put it on my daugther since it didn't look safe inside. I was very busy and didn't get a chance to return it I just throw it away.
