Product works great! Only reason I am giving it a 4 is because comparing ingredients there is many other products out there that works just as well for a much better price. Lumiday is expensive....

Granted, it's only been 3 days, but this supplement has been as helpful as ALIVE multivitamin. The reviews I've read where people are claiming extreme changes in their moods are questionable and scary. Some people are highly susceptible and may have serious medical issues which they self-medicate with this supplement rather than seeking medical assistance. I HAVE NOTICED NO CHANGE IN MY MOOD, ENERGY OR ANXIETY TAKING THIS SUPPLEMENT. If, this changes and I see any positive changes, I will update this review. Please anyone having serious ”mood” issues, talk to your doctor! Laurel

Luminary has made a huge difference for my son. Anxiety would get the best of him, it is a night and day difference for him. Thought maybe it was a fluke and he was just getting better about school, so after Christmas break I didn't get more... big mistake, I quickly went and got more and haven't stop since then.(except during the summer when school is out) He has been taking Luminary since he was 13. I find it much cheaper on Amazon than at GNC, where I originally was purchasing it.

Getting ready to move and have been very anxious. Didn't want to go back on prescription anxiety medicine again so I tracked my "bad days" for a month. Around 20 days. Then I took this for a month and tracked my "bad days" 1 day. I ordered again and will continue to track how I feel but if this continues. I'm staying on it!

This is an absolutely life changing product. It evens out the highs and lows during the day and causes your moods to be pleasant and enjoyable to be around. Even my doctor looked at the essential oil ingredients and said he would start taking it!

I've been taking this for just about a month and it's definitely taken the edge off. I own a business, work have kids and take care of a mother in law. I would wake up in the middle of night in a panic. I'm getting ready to order my next month.
