Perfect! and saved me big $$$
Most places want to sell you this part in a package along with the regulator/cables. If those aren't broken, it is much easier to replace the motor only. I suggest before buying you use a 12V tester (for example like this http://www.amazon.com/TOOGOO-6V-12V-Electrical-Circuit-Equipment/dp/B00HZY2TR6 ) to be sure you have power at the motor, because you could have a bad switch. If you want an easier but less reliable approach, operate the switch and listen carefully. If you hear a click (but no motor noise) that's the relay and the switch is working, so most likely your motor is shot, and that is very common as searching the internet will tell you. There is even a website where a guy shows how to install new brushes in the motor and make it good as new for 7 bucks, as long as you have some soldering skills. I decided to be lazy and spend $35 more to get this motor and have it over with. The how-to video others have mentioned in reviews here can be found by putting: /watch?v=iHsMnxy-lUU after the typical youtubedotcom. The hardest part of this job is getting the door panel off and pulling off the black plastic waterproof sheath under it that covers the door. Besides tearing mine like you will probably do, it isn't going to stick back down, but some Gorilla duct tape took care of both problems. And you're definitely going to break some of the door panel retainer clips, so if you want to be perfect, order those along with the motor. My van is old enough that I just decided to live with a few missing ones.My tips are to be careful when taking the cable reel off the motor so it doesn't all fall apart. After I got it off I put a zip tie around it to be sure it didn't come out of its housing, but I don't know if that's necessary. There are other videos (try A one auto) that show how to release the plastic snap pins that hold the motor to the door by using two screwdrivers, and suggest replacing them with bolts. I followed the instructions in the video I listed above and just broke them off with a hammer and chisel. Like the guy in the video says, be careful and wear eye protection! I reinstalled the new motor with the new pins that came with it, not bolts, as I hope I the new motor outlives the van. NOTE: before installing the motor I plugged in its wire harness and tested it to be sure it was working. The second worst part of this job is putting the cable reel back onto the motor. The gear in the cable reel is plastic -- so don't force it! When the two parts are properly aligned it slips on very easily but getting the parts properly aligned was, in my case, very frustrating. It took about twenty minutes of tiny tips back and forth and suddenly it slipped right on. I hope for you it slips on the first time you try to position it. Then, be careful threading the sheet metal screws in that hold the housing to the motor because you are cutting new threads in the plastic holes in the motor. I went slowly and made sure they were going in straight, and didn't over-tighten.Then, before taping the waterproof barrier down I made sure the window was now working.I'll update this review if the motor doesn't last or I think of anything I left out. This job is not fun, but really is not bad for the typical DIYer or weekend mechanic. Good luck!

Easy DIY
My 2007 Grand Caravan driver window would intermittently not go back up. "Intermittent" meaning at the most inopportune time. So, I would pull up to the toll booth and throw my change at the basket over the top of the open door or shout at the police officer through the closed window "I can't open it, it's broke". Before I purchased the motor I Googled "replace window motor on 2007 Grand Caravan" and I found a youtube that explained everything. The motor came with the plastic mounting rivets, which was a plus. The hardest part was trying to get the inner door panel off without breaking the plastic rivets. My suggestion to you is buy the bag of rivets that Amazon recommends with the purchase of the motor. I didn't and I ruined 3 fasteners, I replaced the door panel without them anyway and it's fine. The fastener removal tool they also recommend is not needed, just use a large flat blade screwdriver or a paint scraper. I used a very sharp 1" wood chisel to cut off the heads of the 3 white plastic rivets holding the motor in place. VERY IMPORTANT: be very careful when you remove the 3 screws holding the motor to the regulator. Have a piece of blue painters tape handy, carefully and slowly separate the motor from the regulator with a finger pressing on the mating surface of the regulator. DO NOT let that part pop out! Grab that piece of blue tape and secure that surface. If it pops out you'll spend the rest of the day trying to replace the regulator cables on that thing. There are other youtubes that go into detail about how to get the door panel off and replacing the whole regulator/motor assembly. I watched a few and followed their suggestions. The whole thing took me about 40 minutes and 2 beverages total. The motor works great and the price was great too(less than $40). Taking it to a shop would have cost me $250 to $350. I would recommend it to a friend.

Works Perfect
It is not a perfect fit where the electrical fitting plugs into this unit, so you have to work some to get it to fit, but it is fairly easy to install (watch some videos). Well worth the money.

Excellent product
This window motor was easy to install and works amazing. I saved myself hundreds by doing it myself. I would definitely recommend this product. I changed out both window motors on my minivan. Get the extra clips just in case you break some when removing the door panel.

Fits and works perfectly.
A well thought-out product; nice that replacement mounting hardware is included. No instructions came with the motor but there are generic instructions on the Dorman website and plenty of how-tos on Youtube.Symptom was window intermittently would not lift or lower, then magically would work again for a while. Be sure to first search Youtube to diagnose whether you have no power, bad switch, or faulty motor. There are a lot of recommendations to replace motor/regulator as a unit, but as there was no binding or grinding prior to total failure I took a chance and only ordered the motor. To save time I sheared off the plastic mounting retainer heads with a chisel and pushed the rivets through the door panel mounts. The plastic receptors seemed to be fine so I left them be and just installed the new rivets. Blue painters tape did a fine job holding the window up during the replacement, as well as holding the peel-back moisture barrier out of the way. Make sure the cable spool stays in the regulator body while separating the motor from it. As insurance I only backed out the retaining screws halfway, then made sure the spool stayed put while wiggling the motor shaft out of the regulator body, before removing the retaining screws completely.
