Q: What diameter is the pan?

7 inch. Fits perfectly in my Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. :)

Q: Is this a non-stick pan?

It's supposed to be, but I haven't made anything in it that didn't stick! So I buttered it the 2nd time and sprayed with Pam the 3rd time I used it. Everything sticks. So now I have to cut out round parchment papers to put in the button. Very disappointed. Glad I purchased these for 1/3 of the cost from a local store

Yes, it flakes from time to time. I blame my flaking on 'operator error'. I leave my rum cakes in the pan to keep them moist and cut the slices w/o removing it. The knife does remove the coating. No one has died from eating it, to my knowledge, so I just move along. The size is perfect for making two small cakes rather than the larger bundt for just one. I am very pleased.

Product dimension. Packaging is a thin card board strap that wraps around the pan. A plastic bag if you're lucky. The platinum pan is amazing.
