Soothing solution
Been using this product for a period of time with no complaint, Does the job, for me!

NOT BAD, but NOT GREAT
I don't have a super pooper problem... just mild discomfort from time to time if I got overzealous cleaning my sweet arse...or if I stayed on the old John-throne more than 20 minutes reading a good magazine.... or if I had to make my neck vessels bulged just to drop the "stones".... but when I do..... I cant say this product was ...well super. Maybe it did something? maybe it didn't? Iv had equal or better improvements with a dap of 1-2% lidocaine jelly, or 10 year old "shark oil" preparation H in the cabinet I never used, BUT, that of course smells like shoving a dead dolphin in muh bum.... SOOoooo… I cant STONGLY recommend these for MILD discomfort (certainly NOT for HEAVY discomfort)… but at the price, they MAY work for you.oh, PS. like other reviewers said.... some tubes ARE INDEED poorly "poured" and you will bet about 2 inches of just AIR when squeezing your dab out. It seems they poured the product into the tube poorly in the factory. Not sure how to burp the air out and not make a mess and recover lost product. ALSO... product is a a bit THIN and oily... not thicker and oily like Vaseline....but like a tingly-inducing lotion.Great. I hope you enjoyed wondering about muh bum.

Got rid of most of my hemorrhoids!
This product helped me get rid of most of my hemorrhoids. Unfortunately, it hasn’t helped get rid of the 3 hemorrhoids I birthed 23+ years ago!

Average Effectiveness
The equate stuff lubricates somewhat and eases pain somewhat. It is of average quality. Not my first choice.

Use on knees
I use this on my knees when I have pain, and I have used this on sprained ankles and other pains. It really works to ease the pain
