I used this on the rear axle of a Takara ...
I used this on the rear axle of a Takara Kabuto fixie flip flop bike (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004GWP6CK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage). It fit perfectly and works smoothly with 7/32 inch bearings (the original size). The dust cover was a little too large but I found that removing it, installing the hub, then reversing and replacing the dust cover, it fit very well.

Decent fit.
Fit decent but threads were a bit looser than original and dust cover was too big. Tap cover off old cone and fit right on new cone.
