I purchased this product for my husband. This review is based on our opinions and experience only. The seller is very responsive, and answers emails right away. Great after the sale customer service. This product does what it says and more. The flexible hose is perfect for getting rid of moles and gophers. His technique is to dig a hole big enough for the hose to go through. Because the hose bends it penetrates the tunnel, without going all the way through it. He fills the soap dispenser with 100% castor oil, that we get from Amazon. The mole deterrent you get from the store is only 20% castor oil. He uses the bendable tip to penetrate the mole tunnel all around the yard, at different spots, and floods the tunnels with a water and castor oil mixture. This product is a 2 in 1 solution, or even more than that depending on what you use it for. It reaches places to clean that we couldn’t reach with just our regular hose. It also helped get rid of our mole problem in just a couple of days, by letting him reach places he couldn’t before. We would highly recommend this product. On a scale of 1 to 5, we would give this product a 10 for its multiple uses. Did we tell you that it’s also good to wash off your driveway, sidewalk, or porch? All around a big thumbs up from both of us!!

I cleaned my windows and my vinyl siding with this little power washer. My siding looks pretty good and also my windows. I also cleaned my shutters with it. Took 4 days at 4 hours each day to clean all my windows and and the siding. Even though I live in a ranch style home, I do have peaks on the outside of my house going as high as 20 feet. This little power washer was able to reach that area. I am a senior women of 67 and enjoy doing things on my own, this is why I bought this little power washer. Did what it was suppose to do. One of my neighbors commented how clean my windows look and my light color yellow vinyl looks brighter. Now they want to want to borrow it to clean their ranch house. That's OK I'm willing to share. I borrow their power drill sometimes. I still have to figure out how to use the soap dispenser with the hose and this washer. It does come with a little paper pamphlet that has the description of the parts but doesn't explain how to attach them, so you are on your own trying to figure it out. Its not the most powerful jet washer but I am happy with the results with my clean windows and vinyl siding.

Bought the product 9 months ago after moving into a brand new home with solar panels. Didn't need to clean the solar panels until recently. The soap dispenser attachment, used for the first time, was cracked and leaking/spraying everywhere on first use. Was still able to get the job done, and the panels looked great. Then 2 weeks later, the flexible attachment at the end of the wand started leaking badly. A few days later, it just broke off. It's the flexible attachment that makes it possible to directly spray the solar panels while standing at an angel on a ladder.If the parts were sturdier and not so frail, I would pay a little extra for this product. The attachments and features are just fantastic, but I doubt I can effectively clean my panels next time without buying a replacement after only 9 months.

Unless you have good water pressure at your home, this appliance is useless. Save your money and buy an eight dollar hose nozzle, set it on jet, and you will have as much pressure as this appliance. If you have good water pressure at your home, it will work as well with or without this “power washer.” The valve on mine that is supposed to open or close the water flow refused to move in any direction. Needless to say, this is a great addition to the yard sale box in my basement. Hopefully someone with better water pressure will buy it. I wish them luck.

This is a nice little machine with fatal flaws. There are almost no real instructions on how to put it together, and some of them seem to apply to another model. Three of us tried to figure out how to put it together so the foam chamber would work, but we each ended up with an extra part that did not seem to fit anywhere. The wand does not foam. I took advice from this page and bought a double female connector. Still no foam. Nor did I get the blue washing glove shown as part of the set. If you don't need foam or a washing glove, not a bad buy. Otherwise, skip it. I waiting too long to return the wand or I definitely would have done so. The Amazon page says to contact "us" - not Amazon - and I do not know how. General bummer.

As new homeowners , this kit was a necessity!!This product solves that issue that many smaller pressure washers have with short wands. Being 5’8” that is a killer on the back while trying to clean the car, deck, sidewalk or siding. the quality of product is terrific. love how the sections can be put together and adjusted based on the reach needed effortlessly , also love the additional heads to add to the cleaning abilities of this kit, anything is pretty much possible here.Overall great value, very happy with it
