Very poor communication
The product does not work as stated. The button is on the top of the tool, not the bottom where you're holding it.There is no accurate way to gauge where the laser shoots, so you're getting stung many times trying to hit one area. I paid to send it back, and have still not received my refund!

POOR INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions were not helpful, most all were Asian. I would have to be a foolish person to even attempt to use it with no explicit instructions. This is a very poor product in that way..
