Bright white.
I really like these, great price, fast shipping. Have bare leads on one end and a power socket on the other. I stuck these under the shelf above my work bench to light the peg board back & work surface when I don't want all the garage lights on to work. Can be dimmed nice and low at 8-9v but nice and bright at 12-13v. Other Waterproof LED's I've had have a yellow/orange backing, these are a nice bright white.

Nice! Very bright. Looks great in the air. Easy to change length. Use a small tip solder iron though and you won't need jumper wire. You can peel off the rubber coating for weight saving but it doesn't look quite as good. Not sure of the optics term but I think it helps with the diffusion. Plenty enough length to line my quad.
