This product was actually tested by the well-respected supplement testing company, Consumerlabs.com and was found to contain exactly what it claims to contain (many supplements don't). (Consumerlabs.com does not accept money from the supplement companies to perform these tests. Rather, these tests are completely funded by its subscribers and so are completely independent of influence by the supplement companies). Moreover, this product contains twelve times as much Vitamin K2 as most other Vit. K2 supplements, 200mcg as menaquinone-7 and 1000mcg as menaquinone-4. This is good if one is taking Vit. K2 for bone and vascular health, since the original dosage of 100mcg, which most other supplements give, was established for liver health, not for bone and vascular health, which require a larger dosage.

It is kind of pricy, not sure if I will continue to use it.

Highly recommended by my primary care doctor. I think this may be one of those supplements that is very good for you but you don't necessarily feel any different after being on it awhile...at least I didn't. I will continue to order and take regularly.

Seems to be great stuff, the best quality out there. I used to get bad colds every year - I don't anymore now that I take this along with 5-10,000 units of D3.
