Simple & organized
It helps me keep track of orders and is very simple, which is exactly what I was looking for. A lot of these have extra lines or checkboxes that just took up space. There are three carbon copy sheets. I use the white one for my customer copy, the yellow one for my own in the kitchen, and then the pink one for records.

NOT CARBONLESS - Has pink and yellow carbon copies
This product is not carbonless like it says in the title. It comes as a 3 part sheet, yellow and pink sheets are carbon copies. Other than that product does the job. I just did not want carbon copies...
