I bought these for my son so he could play on-line games. I've bought numerous MPOW products, and have always been very happy with their products. These arrived, and seemed to work well, but about one month after getting them, they started to act flaky. The headphones and Microphone would just stop working for no reason. I did some testing and found that the problem happens when you move around, and seems to be related to where the cord attaches to the headphones.I reached out to MPOW and asked what could be done since I was within the warranty period. They asked me to supply the Amazon order number, which I did. They replied saying they could not confirm my purchase, and fro that point on they will not reply to my e-mails.I think this company makes good products, but I have to give the a very bad rating on Customer Service. Even good companies occasionally make a lemon, and their Customer Service should help to make things right instead of jerking customers around.

what i like about the headphone is that they are lite weight easy to were for long time and dont feel too heavy on your head with very very good sound im not a gamer i used mine for watching movies on my computer all the time ... with the surround sound it like im at the movies money well spent on this

This is the best headset ive had i had one just like it a year ago but after using it daily for 3 years it finally shorted out. but i loved it so much i bought it again after trying many other headsets none could top this one so far well as far as the cheaper headsets go at least this one it great i do recommend it highly!

It doesn’t really cancel out sound that well for me, but with needing to keep an ear out it’s perfect. It’s a little too big for my head though. It stays on but it feels just slightly awkward, but sound quality makes up for it.

Doesn’t work with Xbox one at all

Absolutely amazing headset until it wasn't. The sound was like candy, unbelievably comfortable, and even the driver allowed you to have a real time voice emulator. One day while playing, the head-strap which uses a fiber wire on a pulley system broke and it no longer fits my head. The ear cuff now is on my cheek. I had the headset for only a few months and I'm really disappointed because it was my favorite headset I've ever owned. I'm too afraid of buying another one.

My kids love these. I purchased these a month ago and my kids love these headphones. These are regularly used for online classes and comfortable with good sound quality.Update: We had an issue with headphone, the headband was cracking. Contacted MPOW support, best customer support for any electronics product ever. They send the replacement headphone and its been great.

This was an awesome investment for my two kids. The 2 pack was a great price and they both love them. I don't have to worry about them turning the volume up too loud and they can play without everyone hearing their games or movies.
