Modern and beautiful!
The faucet is modern and beautiful, works great! I initially received a faulty unit, contacted the seller, and even working out of China, their response was always prompt. Customer service was great!

Overall a decent experience.
Nice faucet and seems to be of good quality. They could make a couple of improvements with the connectors which would rate it at five stars. The threaded connector for the shower head is round, so you can not use a box wrench on that. Also the fitting locations for the water input/shower head output are not marked, so you have to guess which hole will allow the selector switch to operate properly - I guessed incorrectly the first time and had to remove the fittings to swap them. Some of the fittings are also recessed up in the housing which make them difficult to access.

Great faucet! Love it!
Love that you can turn the faucet 360 degrees and the spray shower makes it easy to rinse off or clean the tub! Wish the pressure were a little better, but still very happy and can deal with tub taking a little longer to fill!

Beautiful made leave paddle on creates water fall effect . Spout does fill garden tub little slower than one I had before . But glad to have paddle with long hose makes it easy to clean tub, rinse and even bath the dog

No Installation Instrctions Included.
Faucet came as described. There were no installation instructions at all. I tried to contact Superior Homes by text and phone. No luck. You should specify that no instructions for installation come with the faucet.

Nice looking. Could uses longer supply lines.
This is a nice looking faucet. It doesn’t allow as much water through as my old one though and takes longer to fill the tub now.I think the instructions are lacking. If you are installing this, don’t try to install the hoses before you have it through the deck and the nut screwed on. You don’t have to have the nuts tightened but they need to be on. You cannot get them on if you have the hoses attached. I needed to widen the holes in my tub a bit but that was easy to accomplish with the aid of a Dremel.You need to use the supply lines that are included. They are a bit shorter than what I really needed so I had some adjustments I needed to make to handle that.If the supply lines were a bit longer and the instructions better, I’d give this 5 stars.
