WolverineMen's Loader 6 " Soft Toe Wedge Work Boot

Aside from my concern about no arch support (nothing an insole can't fix) I'd like to see how long the soles last in a machine shop, because metal shavings aren't kind to soft soles. But for the style and comfort, the price is fair. These boots came highly recommended by guys my size and damn near 3x my size, so I finally retired my Redwings. I'm happy with this purchase so far. Noticeable difference in comfort on the bottom of your foot. My old boots had insoles in them, but these are still more comfortable right out of the box. The knock I saw review-wise is its durability, so I have yet to test that...but hell with the price and comfort, if they end up lasting me a year I'd be more than satisfied.

My husband liked using the Wolverine boots for his construction work and they are comfortable, durable and he’s always on his feet so they work good for him.

The leather is wearable right out of the box. I wore these to work immediately. They are comfortable and well made. Leather is a bit soft, but good quality. if you like harder leather try Danner. The sole is thicker than most and that can be a good thing as far as longevity, but it is a bit awkward looking for a guy. I like it a lot for the price. It was a returned item, but it was lightly worn if at all and may have simply been a return without wear. I am pleased.

Quality leather, thick soles, comfortable fit.

Been wearing these since the beginning of May. It was rough on the ankle and was giving me blisters, but eventually, the boots worn in. I work at UPS as a preloader and these bad boys keep me going and my feet has never gotten sore.The only con I can think of is the metal clips (don’t know what to call them) that help you lace up to your ankles for support. They are not very strong and sometimes bend out. I just bend it back in and it usually stays for that day. For the price, it’s a 5 for me.

Worst I ever had, poor quality. It started peeling my skin off, on the back of my toe. No insulation, bare leather.

Comfortable boots. Look great and they are very durable. Great buyDiehards are nothing like these boots .Great price.
