You know it's good when 9 out of 12 of your flight crew have the same bag!
This is a first rate product, and the price is better than good.I researched this bag on several sites before settling on buying it here at Amazon; who by far had the best price; in some cases by more than $100!!!Quick Pros/Cons Breakdown, but please read the detail below as it will tell you why this is a no brainier BEST Carry-On bag hands down, and buying it through Amazon, as many of you already know; is also a no brainer.First the cons because it's a shorter list; like 0.--Cons: So far after 32 hours of travel, not one.----Pros: !Capacity. Holy Space and Compartments batman!!! Wait til you read the list of just garments I was able to fit in the bag; not even counting books, chargers, and other accouterments I brought with me; see my description below.!!Durable. I beat the crap out of this thing during a 9 hour layover in Copenhagen, I'm talking stairs, escalators, people in general bumping into it; even plane ladders, people stuffing their oversized bag against mine in the over head compartments, using it as a footrest during layovers, opening and closing it like a madman, nothing could break this. Trust me; I tried on purpose at one point of weakness and frustration at the gate attendant, when I slammed it to the ground in anger. Sorry guys; I don't advocate that type of behavior, but it was a 9 hour layover after a funeral for my brother, and I lost my cool, but that's just another testament to its durability.!!!Wheels. This thing rides smooth as cloud in a Cadillac, with air ride suspension. If they just put two wheels on the other end I could probably ride it like a longboard.!!!!Last on the shortlist but certainly not least: the zippers. Oh my. If I could only describe in words how smooth yet sturdy the zippers are, and with stitching so strong, I could have overfilled this bag, and then done that thing where you squeeze the unzipped part together to move the zipper; only on this bag I didn't have to squeeze anything. It just zipped right up even though I was probably filling it with way more than I should have.Anecdotal evidence of why this is a good buy:Some of us have had this annoyance happen when you are cutting it close, and are about to get through the security line to the gate, and all of a sudden a huge flight crew gets to go right past you, and they have to go through all the same checks; so I went from next in line to 13th. It can be frustrating. That said; there was a silver lining; so was able to realize I had made an excellent purchase with this bag. Out of the dozen or so people in the crew, at least 9 of them either had the exact same bag as me, or the same brand. My research and time was not wasted; this literally is the bag that professional flyers choose. This was a Scandanavian International flight crew, and you have to figure they have long layovers, or days that they cannot fly per FAA regulations on flight hours.Do yourself a favor; don't even bother wasting your time on researching this bag. You won't find it cheaper anywhere; you're also just going to realize like I did, that anywhere you go it has a 5 Star Rating, professional recommendations, and when you actually get it; you will be amazed at all you can pack. I went for 10 days, I brought enough clothing, socks, underwear, 2 Pairs of shoes, and one pair of lounge around shoes, toiletries etc.; that's not even counting the full suit I had to bring for the funeral I was attending. The folding garment section is amazing. My suit hardly needed anything but a light touch up. It did not wrinkle. I lived out of just this bag for ten days, and I felt like I hadn't left home in terms of having my things with me. Buy, buy, buy!!! Is my recommendation. Not only that, but with Amazon prime, I ordered it on a Saturday my flight on Thursday. The bag arrived Momday!!! Are you kidding me! I thought Tuesday at best. The whole experience from purchase through fulfillment; finally to actual use was top notch. You won't find a better bag. It even fit in the tiny sized overhead compartments on my connecting flights in propeller planes from Denmark to Germany; and then back.Final Rating: Best thing I've bought in at least a few years, and I got it for an Amazing price; never mind the fact that the turnaround time of me ordering it on a Saturday afternoon was it arriving Monday. A day before the guaranteed by date. 5 Stars on the bag and 5 stars on the fulfillment of the order. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and no guys; I was not one of these lucky people that are given a discount for their review; although Amazon if you are reading this; I like discounts, and if you want to try some products out on me or throw me a discount; I'd love to write more reviews.

Vs Crew 9: Minor Drawbacks, Major Advantages
Before we get into a comparison with the Crew 9, I want to point out that this is an excellent bag. Any frequent flier will be hard-pressed to find a better, more durable bag, especially for the money.I bought this bag to accompany my Crew 9 20" carry-on now that I will be travelling internationally, and have noted a few differences vs the Crew 9:- Logo: The Crew 9 had a one piece metal logo where as the 10 has a plastic encased logo. Aside from preferring the old logo better, I have concerns that the plastic molded on top of the new logo will be easily scratched.- Zippers: Crew 9 had 2 tone zipper pulls and the 10 has all metal zipper pulls. I don't think either will outlast the other, but I did like how the old style looked better.- Handle: The handle design has changed very little. The supports are identical, but the handle itself has changed. The button that allows the handle to extend or retract has been made smaller on the Crew 10. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but I prefer the large button on the 9.- Bag attachment system: Personally, I prefer the system on the 10 to the system on the 9. The system to attach a second bag on the 9 relied on a plastic clip, on the 10 it relies on a carabianer that's a little more substantial.- Wheels: Different design same function. Still compatible with inline skate wheels.- Feet: The feet on the Crew 10 are a huge improvement and alleviate all of my other concerns about the 9 vs 10. The feet on the crew 9 were set too far back and were too shallow, causing the bag to lean forward if the front compartments were heavy (like if they contained a laptop). The Crew 10 leans back slightly when standing up and has the bottom of it's feet moved a little forward as well. This results in a much more stable bag.Overall, the things I like a little less about the Crew 10 vs the 9 are all cosmetic, but the things I like more are functional. If you're looking for a new bag, this is the best you'll find, but if you're replacing an older and still functional TravelPro, I don't think you'll find any significant advantages.

Good choice for a travel bag.
This Travelpro Crew 10 replaced my Delsey of the same size which was basically at the end of its useful life after probably 7-8 years of travel around the world.I just completed my first trip with this suitcase, and I am quite pleased with it so far:Pros:- Very light (much more so than my last Delsey of same size)- Wheels roll very smoothly and quietly- Handles are mounted with screws in case they need to be replaced ever.- Extension handle has 2 different extension lengths depending on how tall you are.- Extension handle is sturdy - very minimal wobble.- Stands nicely on the legs. Opted for the rollaboard option vs. the 4 wheel type (which seems to be all the craze now).- Nice interior zippered pockets.- Expands in case you bring home lots of goodies or really go on a longer trip with 2 people.Cons:- The only minor gripe i have is the direction in which the zipper is located for the inner storage that is part of the "lid". I like to keep that to put dirty clothes and usually prop the bag open in the hotel against the wall - with the zip open across the top (that is how my travel pro carry on bag is made). I guess its not a big deal i just slide the clothes in from the end until top.- The bumper/protection on the backside of the suitcase where it would rub on the curb as you pull it up on the sidewalk (or going up steps) is very minimal - but i guess you have to save weight somehow ...All in all with the Father's day discount of 20% this was a great buy I think. I should be getting a good bit of service from it. Will update this after 6 months to see if its holding up properly.

Satisfied with quality and durability. User instructions could be improved.
I really like this luggage, but I can't figure out how to use all the internal parts, panels, zippers, folding parts. I'd like to see an information sheet or YouTube video showing how to pack with it properly
