Blessed!
I have been using a phone that was on the brink of dying constantly and upgrading to this phone has changed my life. I buy my cable from Amazon so I trust them even more now since I bought my phone. Everything works as it should. The camera is great in dark settings. All my apps run smoothly my phone battery lasts 1 1/2 days. It is smaller than I had anticipated but that is Okay since it now fits in my small luxury bag instead of me having to hold it in my hand all the time.

Excellent condition means excellent condition
I purchased the phone as an excellent condition and it is indeed in excellent condition. I didn't receive the SIM card removal tool. However a paper clip did the job as well. I am considering of buying a second one to replace another old phone.

I should have taken more time...
Not really happy but it's my fault. Older phone. Only updated to version 9 android. Kinda sucks.

For 99$ it's great. For 99$ it's a little slower than your usual smartphone
I HATE buying phones. Went from iphone 6s to this and for the price of 99$ I love it. I dont really appreciate google maps as they have a long track record with giving me the most absurd directions to the most simple of locations. But besides that its like any other cheap android. It will slightly start to slow down after you start customizing and downloading applications, but thats any phone. All in all a great phone for the value. Lol using the same phone to write this review. Yeah boi.

Very fast phone with plenty of room for the apps I need everyday.
This is a very fast phone (at least compared to what I had) with plenty of room for the apps I need everyday. So far no problem uploading or using any of the apps I need. Battery life is very good, even on days when I using my phone to do many different things. Camera takes good pics and everything is working perfectly.

Non functioning
I really wanted this phone, it was small and I was willing to take the hit in specifications over my other phone a LG V60 Dual Screen. It has to work regardless of its smaller size.Phone was supposed to look and work like new, hardly.Screen was scratched.Back was severely scratched. The charging port had all the paint wore off around it.Headphone Jack is wore out, headphones fall out.No SIM card tray! could not even test the phone.Refused to pay return shipping even though they sent me an unusable phone.Luckily Amazon came through on their warranty after about 45 minutes on the phone.I did find a SIM card tray on Amazon and bought it. The speaker is ether blown or bad from the factory.I get maybe 3 hours of medium use out of the battery before I am down to 25%I would not have bought this phone for any price. As they say in the old west;It has been rode hard and put up wet. This phone should have been a parts only phone.

Great features, great price.
I bought a renewed LG Q7 Plus, and I've had it for a week now. I love the NFC tag reader/writer, and ability to update to Android 9. One minor inconvenience is that audio played through the speaker seems to sound much louder when you cup your hand under the speaker, instead of just sounding loud to begin with.

Renewed doesn't mean 'Like New'
I've had an LgQ7+ since 2015 and it broke so I wanted to replace it with the exact same phone. Why not right? Well this guy has scratches and dents around the charging port (fine) and the finger print sensor gets depressed/goes INSIDE the phone when I try to use it. It's not properly anchored in place. It's less than 100 bucks, so it's not the end of the world. But I'm still disappointed
