Keurig K15 Mini Plus Brewing System, Platinum

I have been using this coffee maker for several months now and my original review stated that I heat up the filtered water from my refrigerator so that the coffee is hot enough for me...but after a week or so I realized that I really do not need to do that at all...it heats the water up adequately for a nice hot cup of coffee. I am still loving this little coffee maker!I hesitated to buy this because of some of the negative reviews...but I am so glad I did. I think that possibly, some of the reviewers who had issues with it leaking may not have emptied the overflow tray that is located in the cup holder for the times you put too much water in the machine. I do have to heat up my filtered water from my fridge in the microwave for 20 seconds because it comes out of the fridge cold and I like my coffee very hot...so I heat it up just a bit to room temperature and then pour it in the machine...great hot coffee every time with no issues at all. The bigger models have the reservoir for the water so it is room temp...but I would rather have freshly filtered water anyway plus I love the compact size. I could always keep a pitcher of filtered water on the counter, but the idea of this mini plus is that it takes up less counter space so although you can do that, I'd rather heat a cup full from the fridge for 20 seconds in the microwave before adding to the machine. I've had this for over a month and use it daily with no problems. ( the first few cups had a funny taste, but after breaking it in, it's great!)

I really like this Keurig brewer. It is perfect for one or two people to use on a regular basis. I also own a larger Keurig which I found impracticle, as unless I was entertaining, I never used up the water in the reservoir. So most of the time, I found myself just dumping the old water out and having to refill it with fresh water daily, which was a waste of water and a bit of a nuisance, too.This K10 model eliminated that problem completely (since you only add enough water for 1 cup at a time), and it works well. The platimum colored brewer is actually the second K10 brewer I have owned. My first one (in purple) lasted a little over 2 years with daily use, which I felt was an acceptable time period, given that it was used several times every day. (By the way, my first K10 developed a mechanical problem. The lid which closes on the K cup warped and stopped functioning.) If anything, the fact that I have happily purchased a second brewer is a testament to the products effectiveness.

We wanted a simple Keurig. There are so many K-cup varieties available, that we were very curious. We usually drink espresso from a Nespresso machine. But sometimes we want a larger cup of coffee--or tea--and not to forget hot chocolate in the cold months. So I went looking for a simple, not expensive, Keurig. And this is what I found.It seems to be working fine for us, and we have been enjoying experimenting with the K-cups. It does take a few minutes to heat the water: Seems like Keurig could speed that up a bit, and maybe they do on their more expensive machines. And it would be nice if the drip was slower, so one could get more flavor from the brew. Maybe that happens on a better machine, too.But this is a fine machine for now, for our current purposes. It is small and compact. It is simple and basic to use. It works just fine.

Love my new Keurig K10 coffee maker. I have an older model that I use at home, I like it so much I decided to purchase one for my office. This one is a newer model so it's slightly different. Shipping was very quick, the product arrived earlier than expected, so I was very happy. After reading the instructions I brewed the first cup to clean out the the machine. It's very easy to use, just follow the simple to understand steps shown on the "Initial Cleansing & Brew" instruction sheet included in the package. I also like the sample Starbucks coffee that came with the coffee maker. There was no need for me to contact the seller because everything went smoothly regarding the purchase and delivery. I should mentioned, my Keurig K10 arrived in great condition...nothing broken or missing.So far, my Keurig K10 is working wonderfully. Thank you

This mini Keurig works as well as the regular sized one as far as making great coffee. I also bought an additional filter so that I could brew other non k-cup varieties of coffee but that didn't work out well at all. It seems that the only way to get a descent cup of coffee is to keep buying k-cups...

It's great, when it works. After every 5 or 6 cups of coffee it flat out doesn't do anything. I've watched fixes which are only temporary. The needle that pierces the K cups gets clogged and has to be cleaned out. Relatively quick fix, but it's a pain when you're trying to make a quick cup before work. We still like it, for the ease of making a quick cup (when it works). Also, takes up little counter space, which is nice!Edit; After 1 year, i had to come back and take another star away, this machine has failed us 50+ times in the morning waiting for a cup of coffee. For us, it hasn't only been the problem mentioned above, but it seems that the water heating element doesn't turn on at times too. Please don't buy one if you expect reliability out of a coffee maker.

Being a previous owner of 2 Kuerigs I had decided not to purchase a new one. There is a lot of information regarding bacterial growth in the large capacity Kuerigs. I am OCD about bacteria anywhere but to realize I had colonies growing in the large Kuerigs was more than I could stand. So I have chosen the single cup model instead! After use I leave the lids open to air dry and eliminate bacterial colony growth! We are very happy with our change, a little more precaution but a great cup of coffee!

My wife and I use this little guy all the time. It's perfect for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The best thing is how easy and quick it is. If you're a coffee drinker you'll understand how important that first cup-o-Joe is in the morning. At night we like to either have tea or hot chocolate with the kids. It is definetly a necessity in our household. It's a great product and will absolutely recommend it to our friends and family.
