I am returning cameras. Description is not accurate. It states clearly that data can be stored on microSD card or locally on PC and all browsers are supported. Except this batch, according to seller, does not have card slot. And data can be stored locally on PC using their program only on Internet Explorer. If you do not use IE and want to watch events recording, which is why I bought the camera, you have to use FTP, NSA and I do not even know what it is. Most cameras have free cloud storage, so I bought those for 1/3 the price. Set up was fairly easy if your are computer savvy above average. Seller responds quickly to questions,, just described accurately

After install, I noticed I was using a lot of data. I looked up Morphxstar on Amazon and found their direct phone number. It was after hours, but I thought I would call anyway. A VERY well trained tech answered my call from his car! He told what to change and where. He also told me of a brand new firmware upgrade they had. He sent me a link and it was the easiest FW upgrade, using their YouTube video, I had every done! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Best tech support I have EVER had! REALLY!!!
