Working like NEW
I do a lot of my own battery replacements but never on a Citizen Eco-Drive. So I took my wife's Eco-Drive to the jeweler to find out why it wasn't keeping correct time. They suggested I call Citizen. Rather than take their advise I went online and found the battery to replace the energy cell. This is not your father's watch battery. There is a little tab on the back of the energy cell that MUST go into its mating slot or the watch will not work. A couple of trial and error attempts and I got the battery in correctly. Watch runs like new. My wife was so impressed she now thinks I can do anything. Delivery was fast, the packaging was adequate, and the price was very competitive. Not sure what it would have cost to send the watch to Citizen for repairs. I saved a bunch of money.

Battery was ok.
Didn,t work with my watch. Watch could have other problemsbesides the battery. Wasn’t sure if it was right battery either.

Doesn't work very frustrating expensive return process
The capacitor for the Eco-drive watch doesn't work when installed following the factory instructions. The package was soaking wet when It arrived. It took two weeks to get to me even though I ordered it through PRIME. Long wait for no results. I you tubed a video on how to replace before I ordered it so I knew all the right steps to take and what not to do. I.e. don't handle it with bare hands and don't touch both sides with tweezers or you will short it out. even following all the instructions it didn't work. The watch was working just running slow before. I guess I will bite the bullet and send it in for replacement. If you have to return it. It will cost you $10 to return because you have to send it priority since it is a battery and considered a hazard. so you spend $10 to get $20 back.
