This is a heads up that skull is just a sticker and not a 3-D rendering of a skull. Also the locking mechanism opens very easily, thus allowing pills to fall out. I would suggest the makers find another way of keeping the pill case closed. I ended up returning the case.

The good: perfect size for about 3 days worth of pills. Well made and beautiful. The one and only downside is that it opens up if you place it in your purse or pants pocket.

I was really looking forward to getting this skull pillbox to keep on my service dog but instead of a skull pillbox, I got a rainbow confetti pillbox. Talk about opposites. Not a one-star because the quality is really good, but seeing as I didn't get what I paid for I knocked it down to two. I am now going through the hassle of returning the pillbox and having to meet up with a UPS driver to do so, kinda a pain when you are a night shift person. I'll do an update if I get the right item.

Bought this for my husband. He takes meds in his lunchbox & this is perfect. It's a Xmas gift he hasn't seen it yet but I'm sure he will like it. It's small but perfect for his needs

not worth it, the latch is already loose after a month and the pills all shift from one compartment to another if they are small. (not a good purchase)

I love this little pill box. I purchased the one with the tree on it which I love, but for a bonus there is a real leaf behind the glass. Much cooler than a boring plain one. It’s sturdy metal and very small to fit n nicely in a pocket.

Small size holds daily need. Also Skull is cool.

It’s perfect size for what I needed! Fits nicely in my purse and the design is so me. Excellent purchase
