When I first opened the package, I thought these looked bulky and huge. I chuckled at the possibility they would fit because of its size. However, it fit perfectly in my pumps. When I put the shoe on, it made a big difference. No more slipping out of my shoes when I walk. It gave me a more snug fit on the back without needing to go a half size smaller in my shoe, which can be painful (the stretching process). The trick to this is to not install it in the middle of the heel as seen in my photo. I’m realizing it’s best to install it more towards the outside of the shoe (right foot, more towards the right inside the shoe; left foot, more towards the left inside the shoe). By this having a portion that goes on the bottom of the shoe, you stop the possibility of it sliding out of the shoe without notice.I really don’t like when I slip out of my shoes or my shoe rub the back of my heel until I need a band aid. I will give these a try in my curved flats to see if they help protect the back of my ankle from getting sore.

I actually got this for men shoes but still works because you can use the portion that goes under the heel to make up for the smaller size, cover the back heel area and sort of prop it up. It does adhere for a while but it eventually falls. Using the portion that goes under the heel to prop it up helps to correct for that while wearing it.

Its easy to use and very comfortable. The adhesion does not last long. Maybe two or three hours of straight wear.

These were exactly what I needed. They add a slight bit of height so the tops of my shoes don't dig into my bone that sticks out, and they protect my heel from the back of the shoe digging in. They also add just a slight bit of volume, making my shoes stay snugly on my feet while making the shoes 200x more comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!!!

Bought these for a pair of shoes that I bought that kept sliding up and down on the heel. These did not work at all. The shoes continued to slid up and down and actually fit worse because these inserts were so thick that my foot did not fit in the shoe correctly. Very disappointed in these, I really wanted to love those shoes.

Didn't get through 1 day before they started to come off the back of the shoe. They were very comfortable until then. Putting them in the shoe was a little tricky to figure out. Overall not a bad product except the adhesive needs improvement.

I could always tell when my coworker bought new shoes because of the band aids peaking from the back of her shoes. I saw these advertised and thought this would be an interesting gift. So today at work she is wearing new shoes and low and behold no band aids. She said these cushions actually give her some support in her foot arch and help her shoes fit comfortably. At one point she thought the cushions shifted but they are still intact. She is very happy and told me that this was such a thoughtful gift.

I bought them for boots and they never said to use them for that application, but for shoes. If I had used them for shoes, they would have been perfect. Using them for boots was not good. The reach is too far to try and place them correctly. That was my fault, just don't try it for knee boots or taller, shoes will be terrific
