This is a top quality product. It makes beautiful nice curls that I have received many compliments about. I love the grip at the end of the wand that allows me to control my curls without burning myself. This is truly a great product. I live in the USA and this product works great for me. I love it.

Unbelievably, SBT Supply sent me a wand with round European prongs on the plug. Even with a plug adapter, it would not have been compatible with American electric sockets without a transformer. This is really inexcusable quality control from this company and left a disappointed child on Christmas. I will return the wand and have ordered another one from a different supplier.

I liked the product right out of the box, except it has a European plug! Needs an adapter yet no adapter was included. That is very annoying. This is not told to you in any of the descriptions. Other than that, it seems like a great product.

My hair DOES NOT CURL. I have tried I find a curling wand that will make my hair stay curled for long than an hour. And I finally found it!!! I could not be any happier than I am with this purchase!!! I wish I could give 10 stars! Just be careful not to burn yourself! I learned the hard way before buying a glove. Ouch!

This is a great quality curling iron - my curls last for 3 days, and I get a lot of compliments. My only complaint is that the narrow barrel makes better spirals than big sexy waves. It's still a great look, but I'm thinking of getting another one with a wider barrel for a looser look.

Had to return, as kept burning myself, even using the glove. Maybe if you use on someone else might be better to control position. These type of irons (using upside down as opposed of what all other irons are) and no clamp to keep your hair around rod is for others but just not for me. It was a big pain and learning curve I did not want to endure.

My husband gave me this curling iron for my birthday and I'm so happy with the result in my hair , especially because my hair is too thin and with this curling iron I have the most beautiful curls , definitely I love it
