Fits, but terminals are wrong
The terminals are bent the wrong direction for the connectors. I trimmed a bit off the connector to make it work. I could have bent the battery terminals but that might have damaged the battery.

Solved FIOS problem, but label is on wrong side of battery.
Solved FIOS problems. But, the label is affixed backwards compared to OEM battery, so suspect something odd is afoot. Once installed the label should be visible but isn’t. The labels were identical between original and this replacement-except location of the label. It’s hidden from view. Other than that, gave it a little while to charge up and suddenly our ONT fired up and our Fios came back to life.

Lasted Just 6 Months
Lasted only about 6 months. I'll update later about warranty claim process. Answer by seller: There is a known issue with the Fios battery sensor and/or the circuit board which reports a low battery when in fact the battery is fully charged. The unit requires a manual reboot and that should clear this erroneous low battery issue. To do this from your Battery Backup Unit (BBU):1. Please go to the smaller beige box and follow its power cable to the 3-prong power outlet.2. Disconnect the power cable from the outlet, you may hear a beep.3. Go to the larger beige box, remove the battery panel to reveal the black battery. Follow the black/red leads until you get to a plastic coupler that hooks into the BBU.4. Once disconnected, all lights on the larger box will be off.5. Let it sit for 1 minute then reconnect the battery and plug the power cable back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please test the battery with a voltmeter and let us know the results.Battery SupersiteThis worked for me. Battery is still operational. I did not have to replace.

***WARRNING!*** DO NOT BUY!
WARNING!!! - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!I bought this product in March of 2016 with the ad claiming that "15% LONGER RUN TIME". The company also said the product came with a "1 Year limited Warranty from Vici Battery Company." By February 2017 the battery began emitting a periodic high pitched beep indicating that the battery had to be replaced. On Feb. 13 of this year (within the warranty) I emailed Vici Battery about the situation. They answered the following:There is a known issue with the Fios battery sensor and/or the circuit board which reports a low battery when in fact the battery is fully charged. The unit requires a manual reboot and that should clear this erroneous low battery issue. To do this from your Battery Backup Unit (BBU):1. Once disconnected, all lights on the larger box will be off.5. Let it sit for 1 minute then reconnect the battery and plug the power cable back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please test the battery with a voltmeter and let us know the results.I did the reboot and within 2 months the beeping began again. I did another reboot. (Not a simple process). Now in June the beeping has begun again.I emailed VICI Battery again. They did not respond. This company is KNOWINGLY selling a defective product. This company makes you the temporary repair person.

Prompt delivery, correct size, but will have to wait a year to comment on Battery Life
Delivery was prompt and the replace battery warning ping stopped. I cannot evaluate battery life since I just installed it a month ago and the expected life is a year or more.
