Sperker hum
I used this so I could split my head phone jack on my computer tower between my head phones and speakers. The rear speaker jack on the tower stopped working. The unit works but if I turn the volume up on the speakers past 1/2 I get a hum. The company sent me a new unit but the same results. I can use the unit as is and not go out and buy a new computer tower. The filter supplied does nothing. In all fairness it could be my tower because the reason the rear speaker jack stopped working is because the headphone jack has a headphone jack snap off when I tripped over the head phone wire plugged into it. This caucused the tower to think a head phone is plugged into it turning off the rear speaker output. Even though I was able to pull out the damaged jack something is bent in there so it thinks a head phone is plugged in.

Quality switch that does what it says, with one caveat
This switch is simple and does what it claims to. It seems well built, and the setup is super easy.Volume controls for the individual channels would be nice, but it isn't so necessary if you can control the volume at the input devices. The reason I've given 4 stars for this package is that the included ground loop noise isolator seems to have no effect. I've tried swapping it between all the cables (input, and 1|2 output), yet my speakers still have an audible buzz when I switch to the other line. The workaround is that I turn my speakers off whenever I switch to my headphones--problem reasonably solved.Yet even when I am on the speaker output, there is a faint buzz that becomes clearer over quiet audio. (I confirmed this buzz was not present when I plug my speaker line directly into the computer).[For reference, I have Fluance SX6W bookshelf speakers powered by the TB10C stereo amp from Fosi Audio.]

Poorly fitting jacks
Don't buy this one. The jacks were loose on arrival but I used Deoxit to clean the connectors and it seemed to work ok for a few months. But after a while, the jacks loosened and every time I touched my desk, cables ,or sometimes for no reason I would get hum or loose one channel. I got another switch and it works fine:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079Y46M3N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Works nicely
This was pretty nice for switching between my laptop and desktop microphones and it works just fine with no Interference. Just ground loop thing probably works in cases where its really bad but in my case where I didn't have any Interferences alredy just made my microphone a little more muffled sounding but overall the switch works great.

Worth the money!
Just got my switcher box. It took about 1 minute to hook it up. Frickin' awesome! Now I can switch between the audio from my Roku TV and the audio from my computer. The sound is incredible. No hissing, humming or buzzing at all with the ground loop eliminator. Definitely worth the wait and worth the money!

Chunky and low quality plastic
Chunky switch and low quality plastic. Worked great for the first week, then one port developed quite a bit of static.

It works in reverse ( 1 in to two out, switched) and quiet
I use this to switch my Amazon Echo between a small Logitech desktop speaker and a full fidelity system for music. It is quiet and looks attractive on my low living room shelf.

Don’t waste your money
Very cheap product - feels like a children’s toy. Stopped working completely after 8 months and when it did work, it would cut out randomly, sometimes only give left or right side audio but not both, etc.
