These are pretty but just for show. You have to shake til your arm is sore as the salt has two tiny little holes at top. Poorly made.

Salt & Pepper never looked so elegant
These salt & pepper shakers are an elegant compliment to my china. I love the beauty of crystal, and much prefer the straight lines of this set to the curved lines of most. They hold a relatively small amount which is fine since I would use them for company rather than everyday. They came beautifully packaged and would make a very nice shower or wedding gift.
