These were bought to put on our dock to help keep the neighbors ducks off our banisters that go down the sides of our pier. These were not motion sensor, just still plastic owls and the ducks just sat around them. It didn’t scare them.

Scary owls did the trick! The birds who decided to make my porch and brick flower border a dumping ground have suddenly disappeared.

I purchased these to deter the barn swallows that swarm my porch constantly looking for a spot to make a nest. Their mud nests are such a mess. Have to stop them before they build it because they are an endangered species here. The owls are large enough and should keep these birds at bay.

I have had issues with sparrows nesting up under my truck! So, I bought these owlet and set them close to my truck and while I have seen several sparrows come by carrying straw, they soon leave and do not appear building any nests. I’ve only had the owls a couple weeks, but so far, so good!!!

Price dropped almost 20% on these since I first looked at them! These are stout plastic and about the length of a football. I like that they have a removable stopper at the bottom, so you can fill the decoy with sand......less likely for the wind (or squirrels) to knock them over.

Not near as big as expected. But seem to be working… sort of. Easy to fill with rock, and seem to be doing the job.

These were a great value for three. I use them under our back patio and they have kept the birds from hanging out under the porch. I did have to fill them with Little Rock’s to keep them from falling over with the wind. I would recommend.
