Relatively cheap replacement part that's needed for keiser m3 bikes
If you start to notice an inconsistent pedal stroke and increased noise remove the plastic covers and check the idler tensioner pulley most likely it is cracked. My keiser m3 has 20,000 miles so it had a cracked pulley, chances are if you need a new pulley your bike also will need new bottom bracket crank bearings and a new belt so I would reccomend getting all three parts. But if you want to be cheap you could just replace the idler pulley since a new belt is $60 and new crank bearing and crank arm would be $90 something to consider
