10oz is perfect size for crepes and dessert powderings.1.) Watch the cross threading on the lids. They are not like a "heavy" thread, it's more like you could press down hard and avoid the threads entirely. Not like a mason jar or anything. As long as you watch how you thread it, perfectly fine and tight.2.) Lids fit tightly, none were cracked or broken, and as long as you're threaded onto the canister properly, come off easily with an angled pivot of the lid. No problems.3.) Sifts wonderfully well with powdered sugar and nesquik.IDK about the long term on these, but initially these are perfectly fine and work well.

I got the small 3 pack and they were worth every penny. They are small but they fit perfect in my hand and can hold a decent amount of spices. I got them to use for ground cumin, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. The tops basically work as a sifter making it easy to get the right amount out without making a mess.The tops have a cover that snaps on top to keep everything inside fresh and safe from anything getting in or accidental spills. I was able to put them in the dishwasher on the top self without damaging them.This was a great purchase for me.

These are okay containers. Nothing special, nothing horrible. Had I to do it over again, I would have gone a size up and utilized a handle. Also, The lid leaks and contents spill if tipped on its side or upside down. I had put cinnamon-sugar in the shaker and it accidentally tipped over with the lid on, spilling some on the counter. I would have preferred a lid to keep those contents inside the container…..hence…the…lid…

Love these little shakers. 3 for under $10.00. Good quality. Easy storage. 1 used for powder sugar, 1 cinnamon sugar, 1 cocoa powder. Great value.

These are the perfect size for shaking flour or powdered sugar. And unlike the small ones, these plastic caps stay in place and help keep things neat and allow them to be stored occasionally on their side in a proofing basket and not spill.See the photo comparing the medium and small size shakers. 10 ounces is literally filled to the brim so it really holds maybe 8oz. You can see how this compares to the cup size Pyrex container.NOTE: Small size is TOO SMALL for most uses. See comparison photo. I made the mistake of getting the smaller size a while back, and although they work, I was always refilling them. The worst part was the plastic caps were too loose and wouldn’t stay on, so every time it fell over a shot of flower would spread everywhere.

There is just so many listings and styles of these to choose from.Finally, after trying several others. I found these Accmor Stainless Steel Powder Shakers. I bought the first ones in a 6.8 oz. 3-Pack. Is what was important to me, after trying some other earlier options. Made by others. Was that the screened lid is 'threaded' on. Has a slightly coarser screen, came with plastic covers that snaps nicely tight, and had no handle. This offering checked all of the boxes. I could not be happier!My use case is in manufacturing. We needed containers of about this size, with a screen, and in stainless steel. That have a lid to keep the humidity out, while sitting idle overnight. We use these now to sprinkle grain size to a powder, of industrial diamonds (60g thru 1500g). In our manufacturing process.I have repeated my order again, and can now confirm that the quality is consistent. It's hard to believe sometimes, just how some of the smallest victories in life, can give us so much joy. Finding these Accmor Stainless Steel Powder Shakers, was certainly one of them. It was worth all of the extra effort it took in looking for, and purchasing several different variants. Before I came across the real winner!Now I guess, being such a fan of powdered sugar and cinnamon toast some mornings. Along with the use of organic sea salt. It likely depends on what these end up being used for. If filling with powdered sugar for example, they'd probably be spot on.I bought them for something non-cooking related - Cold casting which entails metal powders dusted over resin. For this task, the sieve is too open and lets more powder than needed through. If you have a project like this and the size of the openings are a concern, keep this in mind.

I love them. I really like that they have a cover and I don’t have to worry about dust getting in my shakers.
