Does the job. The Mrs come complaining they weren't switching on anymore so I cracked out the trusty multimeter and set to continuity. Then checked the internal fuse at the back of the hot plate on the switch side. There we have it. Fuse dead as a dodo. These bad boys got them up and running again I no longer have earache. Delivery was same day so she wasn't without them for long. Well happy great product and theres 2 and also they cover a whole range of GHD's.

The replacement thermal fuses are just a bit bigger than the original part so you'll need to trim the housing on the straighteners a bit, but otherwise easy to fit and fixed a pair of straighteners that would otherwise have been thrown out.

Great replacements for my wifes GHD hair straighteners, take out the old and put in these takes less than 30 mins and my wife cannot tell the difference, just make sure you have some heat transfer compound (same as you'd use for I.C's) available on the zon or bay.

Worked a treat in repairing a known GHD problem for a £1

Worth a try if your ghd straighteners have packed in. Very easy to change just need a small Philips screwdriver, I followed a YouTube tutorial and saved myself having to purchase a new set of straighteners. Bargain.

If you've no continuity across the thermal fuse its failed. This replacement worked well and was the correct size. well made terminals, fit like the original. Don't forget thermal paste and kapton tape to do the job properly.

Arrived super quick, glad to get my straighteners up and running again.

For less than 3 quid repaired the wife's ghd straighteners, took about 20mins to do the job, fits perfect highly recommended
