Most realistic flames
This is an awesome fireplace. I did have some noise at first coming from the flame motor we think being out of balance but it ended up fixing itself so that was good. Tech department was very helpful and responsive.

Great electric fireplace.
It looks great, like a real gas fireplace. We connected it to 220v power and it puts out quite a bit of heat, also. We love it in our living room.

New Modern & Cozy Feel
I love this fire place! I got a mantle custom built for the fireplace to be installed. He seem to have an easy time insulating the fireplace. He said that the instructions made it sound more complicated than needed, but it wasn’t (he stated). It was done quickly. Lots of features and options for all.
