Plant roots are not killed and new foliage may grow, particularly from the roots of perennial weeds. Annual weeds with small roots and moss may die back completely but re-treatment will usually be necessary, especially to keep down perennial weeds. Use to achieve control of weeds and/or moss. Best results are achieved against moss and tender, small weeds less than 10 cm high. Rhs herbicide
I have been a Horticulturist all my life and used many productsand I have to say that this herbicide is infective it is a total waste of money just two after application new shoots appeared definitely not recommended.

Scam
This product smells like vinegar, works like vinegar and is more expensive than vinegar. Don't spend your money and time in this product. Go to your supermarket and buy vinegar and apply it concentrated. The 5 stars you see in the review section are from people who got the same results than vinegar. Scam.

Previous experience of product
Our previous experience of this RHS Weedkiller has been extremely positive, & this deal was too good to miss.We know how well it works, beginning to kill weeds off overnight, with the job completed within the stated 24hour period. Obviously, weeds being the beasts that they are, they do grow back, but they are certainly not as prolific.. There is nothing on the market which will see them off permanently, but this stuff is the best there is for keeping them tamed.

Disappointing
I thought I would try this weedkiller as an alternative to glyphosate based products. I have a large allotment and use it around the edges of the plot and on the walkways. I tend to leave the growing areas free of weedkiller.The product doesn't seem to have much effect on most weeds with dandelions, thistles and docks just going a bit yellow and then continuing to grow. It can make grass look a bit yellow after about 3 weeks but it doesn't seem to be strong enough to have any serious effect on most weeds. All of the areas that were sprayed still have growth on them. It would be useless for clearing an area back to bare soil.The product seem to be based on acetic acid, or vinegar to put it simply. It does have a very strong smell of vinegar when used. I'm wondering if buying a cheap bottle of vinegar would have had the same effect. Unfortunately, this product doesn't have a strong enough effect on most weeds and would probably need several applications to kill anything. I would have expected something with RHS approval to be a bit better. It's also very expensive for such a poor product.

Not as good as other weed killers
Sorry to say, but this weed killer does not live up to its name, I know they sent me a replacement for a leaking bottle received, used 2 x 5ltrs on garden for weeds the sprayer did not work which was sent with replacement, so used own after 2 weeks even with all the hot sun the weeds have now reappeared since this weeks rainfall. very disappointed to say the least, at least my other weed killer I used to use the weeds died for at least 4 months will not be using this again and would not recommend as expensive and does not do as advertised.

Weeds back in weeks
Compared to its competitor brands this product does not stand up. I usually spray my drive once a year to control weeds. I changed products to this brand this year. The die back was slower and after 6 weeks the weeds are growing back. I will need to do my drive at least 3 times this summer as opposed to 1once a year.
