Great lights! Read third paragraph for beam review.
These are great quality LED headlights. Especially for the money. I originally wanted KC driving light LEDs, but they are way out of my price range (broke college student here).PIAA strongly recommends to NOT wire these to the headlights, fog lights, or high beams due to legal reasons, however, I did anyways because my main purpose for buying these lights were to improve my high beams on my Jeep. I wired each light directly to my high beam on each headlight, and at first I was skeptical of doing so. I linked them using wire clips so I didn’t have to cut my OEM high beam wire in case it wouldn’t work or would pull too much power.Needless to say, it worked perfectly. They only pull 14 watts per (not a lot) so doing so didn’t overload my computer in my Jeep. The beam pattern is great because it doesn’t cloud your vision like a flood would and isn’t too centered like a spot is, it’s a perfect spread being a “driving beam pattern”. If you’re looking for maximum distance, get spot. For a good spread, use driving. Fog is good for low ground lights.Good job PIAA.

Excellent driving lights
Easy to install and very bright. These work perfectly with auxiliary fuse In 2016 Jeep JK. These are great compliment to my LED high beams. I installed them on stock bumper with Quadratec heavy duty light mounts. There are several Youtube videos which show you how to install. The light guards are plastic snap on with white PIAA letters. I painted the guards all black which looks better to me.These are driving lights, not fog or spot lights. PIAA also makes those. These are gor those dark backroads or interstate where you want maximum visibility.

Excellent lights
Great lights excellent value but I would suggest putting brackets or suggesting that you buy the brackets if you have a brush guard. It would be helpful if the correct size brackets were suggested as well since there are two sizes of the brackets for the PO lights.

Brighter than any factory high beam. But...
These lights are definitely brighter than any high beams coming out from factory this is even with the shields on. Pretty easy to install. The switch is worth a mention. The fact that it lights up so you can see it at night off is red and on is green illuminated so it isn't so hard to find in the dark. The only negative I found is in my situation the mounting tabs on my Rock bumper were an undermount. I wanted them above the bar so I needed longer mounting bolts. This is really the mounting tabs fault on the rock bumper until it gets to the base plate of the light itself. It was really hard to find a finer thread pitch that would fit in the holes in the light base plate and I didn't really want to tap it to make the whole larger. I finally found a coarse thread that would fit (the only bolts in the entire box store that would fit). I would recommend using common coarse thread bolts to the manufacturer so if you need to swap out to a longer bolt in my case the customer won't run into this issue.

Suprisingly not bright as expected from PIAA
I sent back some cheap lights and bit the bullet for these. What a disappointment. I ended up with Auxbeam 4" lights and they are at least 3x brighter and considerably cheaper. What happened to PIAA???

Pros, cons, and I love it
Not as bright as expected, however that could be because I ordered the driving style instead of fog or flood.Install was a breeze, great instructions. The protection covering that looks like a cage is hard plastic. I'm not certain how well it would hold up while rock climbing, however the entire assembly is STURDY.I love the look, and I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone who wants quality lights without the price of KCs.

BRIGHT
I added these as extra lights for my Bronco. I love that they're street legal but really they are more like high beams. You will blind everyone on the road if you use these all the time. So make sure you can toggle them on and off!

Let There Be Bright White Light!
Very nice bright white light. My only issue is I feel they should have some type of locking key nut to prevent theft. For the cost of these lights I just hope someone doesn't take them from my bumper mount. Can't seem to find a locking system in the aftermarket. Quality construction
