I wanted a nice set of chopsticks for when guests are over, and I wanted them to have holders. These chopsticks meet both of those criteria and have a Lucky Cat (Maneki Neko) theme, too. They arrived promptly in reasonable packaging. As you can see from the photos, the boxed set of chopsticks is nice enough for presentation, but the holders are in a clear plastic. For the price, I think that is just fine, and since I am not giving them as a gift, it doesn't matter to me, but if you are planning to give them as a gift, you should be aware. The weight of the chopsticks is quite nice, and they are smooth and should be comfortable to use--while it looks like the top decoration is probably wrapped on, with my fingernail I could not catch any edges, none! The only disappointment is that the decoration on one of the chopsticks is lower than the others. It will not hurt their use, and if they were all the same, I wouldn't mind the bit of contrast at the top. However, I plan to hold the set while I await another so that to give a set as a gift, I can trade any others that are a little off with ones from my set.5 Stars: complete set, price, theme4.5 Stars: mixed packaging, quality control

First of all this set is super cute! The little ceramic cat chopstick rests are adorable, very detailed! The chopsticks themselves are very well made, smooth finish and nice hand feel to them. I bought these because I had seen a similar set in Disney World but I didn’t want to pay the Disney World price. I’m not disappointed that I waited and bought this set instead. Perfect for the cat lover in your life!

My daughter love sushi and Asian ornaments. This sticks arrived in good conditions, well packaged. The box includes five small ceramic cats for accommodation of any extreme of the sticks on tables or any other surface. This helps to have lunch in tide environment. The sticks are decorated and looks with good quality. If you love to eat with sticks Japanese or Chinese food you will enjoy these sticks.

Very cute, smooth to the touch and honestly just great! Everything came in good shape and arrived very quickly. I would totally buy again as a gift for someone!

This is a very cute set of chopsticks and rests for anyone who might be a little cat crazy. The design isn't painted on, more like shrink wrapped then shellacked, so it's easy to see it becoming damaged by the high heat of a dishwasher which makes hand washing the best route. The little kitty shaped rests are adorable and could be displayed on their own in a knick-knack cabinet. The chopsticks arrived in a box nice enough for gift giving, though you would have to do something with the cats as they arrive in clear plastic. Not the nicest presentation, but they did arrive without any nicks or breakage. Customer service with this company is excellent. When our order arrived, we saw the chopsticks were sent sans cats. But they were on top of it when contacted, and a replacement set was delivered in a couple of days.We've used these several times now, and the chopsticks are really well made. They are lightweight and easy to hold, and the tips have consecutive grooved rings to help grip food. The points are rounded rather than squared off, and if you've ever accidentally scraped the the roof of your mouth with a cheap pair of squared off chopsticks, you will appreciate the difference. I do wish the design was painted on the wood and then sealed rather than shrink wrap, but I doubt we'd still be able to purchase for the same low price. As they are, they're still a very nice set that will bring a smile to any cat lover's face.

Perfect gift for my 9-year old granddaughter who loves rice and noodles. It came in great condition. Appropriately packaged no damage. She will love it as she is an affectionate cat lover.

These are adorable and have held up great in the dishwasher. Love the porcelain holders.

The box looked like it was used as a door stop, but thankfully the chopsticks were undamaged. Also only received 4 of the 5 cat holders. These are meant for my daughters birthday present so returning is not an option due to time constraints.
