Moisturizing cream
Without going into great detail I am a disabled vet with foot problems as a result of my military service. Over the intervening years I had used many different brands of moisturizer, none of which worked very well. As part of my treatment for my feet with the VA included the usage of a moisturizing cream that worked extremely well. I made note of the product name, did some Internet research on the company and its products, then searched Amazon.com and found exactly what I needed. To give you an idea of the effectiveness of the penetration of this product I will tell you that if you wear latex gloves, similar to what you find in a healthcare setting, this moisturizing cream will penetrate the gloves without a problem. I am betting you would be hard-pressed to find another moisturizing cream as effective as this.

Water added to fill tube
I ordered 3 tubes this time as this works amazingly on super dry skin. Each tube had over 3 oz of water added to it to add weight to the tubes to make them more full. Water does not mix with derma cerin. I am sorely disappointed with this supplier and do not plan to order again. I will find it at the drugstore in the future.

Great moisturizing cream.
Not greasy or messy once applied. It is wax like. Great for dry feet/hands. This size is good for traveling, The larger size is more economical daily home use.

Helps prevent bed sores
I am a full time caregiver and this cream is wonderful. Keeps diaper rash from developing into more dangerous bed sores. I will buy it again.

Thick and Waxy
This was recommended by a doctor to help moisturize extremely dry feet. It is advertized as a moisturizing cream for dry sensitive skin. It does moisturize but only for a short time. It feels waxy and thick when you put it on. I found it helped my feet well after surgery to help moisturize the scar, but you had to apply multple times. Using on dry chapped hands didn't score as well with me because it didn't hold up to water or cold weather. I would probably stay with moisturizers I find at my local drug store.
