Great product and worked right away. I installed this into a dell venue 11 pro. These tablets already have a sim card slot and antennas but since mine doesnt have the added sim card service featute all i had to do was buy one of these. Works great though i did need to install updated drivers from Sierras website. It did work as soon as i hooked up however it would not get signal from the sim card. After setup I can confirm this works great with T-Mobile LTE service. I did not need to unlock the device or anything. I did notice something interesting. Apparently T-Mobile considers this as a tablet not a tethering device. So if you get unlimited tablet data plan you get unlimited LTE on the tablet itself. It does NOT count as tethering data. I have no tested whether putting windows in mobile hotspot mode affects tethering data on the plan but regardless having a windows computer with unlimited data is awesome! Highly recommend buying this!

MOST DEFINETELY DOESNT WORK ON SPRINT. 27 phone calls and 6 different sprint sim cards from order support confirmed this.
