Pleasantly surprised not too spicy and was flavorful

This stuff is great. I put into everything. Usually order by the case directly from Old Gringo. A lot cheaper till the shipping charges went up. Definitely recommend Ole Gringo Green Chile Sauce. Was glad to see it on Amazon.

Since moving back East, I really miss the green chile sauce I became accustomed to while living in New Mexico and Colorado. So far, I haven't found anything locally or online that is satisfying. I thought I'd give Ol Gringo a try. I was very disappointed. It was a watery mess with a little bit of heat and not much flavor.Sadly, this was just the latest disappointment. For a while, I settled for that brand with the New Mexico area code for a name :) It was much better, but still not like the real thing.

Having lived in New Mexico for 30 years I desperately miss hatch green chili. This satisfies my craving and I use it in enchiladas as a sauce.

Pretty delicious closest I can come to colorado green chili if I dont want to make it myself.

It’s my favorite sauce and I was able to receive it faster than from Ol Gringo!

This is much thinner than expected. I will use it in a casserole which should work out well. It does t have as much flavor as I prefer.
