Works perfectly
Arrived in perfect condition with batteries (how nice). A previous reviewer was disgruntled by the fact that there are no instructions included. There is a PDF online of how to use the remote (along with how to install the full security system) on the manufacturer website. If you need specific instructions, call the manufacturer (Magnadyne). Their customer service is excellent. I got a hold of someone within 20 seconds of calling, and he walked me how to pair the remote to my existing system. Got it to pair within a few seconds - did it on my way home from the gym.NOTE - mine shipped with a film over the LCD screen to protect it (also - how nice). Don't freak out thinking the screen is scratched. The film can be removed.There is nothing wrong with this product - the fact it has a 1-star review because it didn't ship with instructions is not reflective of the actual product.
