BerghausMen's Expeditor Trek 2.0 Waterproof Walking Boots | Highly Breathable | Tough Grip

Bought these some time ago, mainly for autumn/winter dog walking and light hiking. Very comfortable, didn’t require breaking in, and genuinely waterproof. They look reasonably smart too so you don’t feel totally daft wearing them in other settings. The suede can get muddy but a decent suede brush soon takes care of it. A good purchase, if your looking for quality walking boots these are definitely worth a look.

Awesome brand, never fails.Had my last boots for around 6 years with onstant daily use from strolls to the shops, walking the dog or walking a munro.Taken 6years for them to finally give in so to buys these new boots. So comfy, warm and water tight.

Comfortable and lightweight. I wore them for the first time and completed a 10 mile tactical exercise over my local hill, similar to what Bear Grylls would do. When I returned home and took them off, my toes appeared wet. I was out in wet conditions but I am not sure if this was sweat or water ingress.

I have used Berghaus products for over 30yrs, but bought a cheaper, but not cheap pair of funny names boots. They were waterproof, until the sole came away after a year of occasional use. So back to Berghaus and a £30 more…Arrived next day, fitted as I hoped they would, quite slim fit. Went for a 6mile walk this morning including lot of shingle beach, no issues, pinches or hot spots. Really comfy and warm in freezing frosty weather and they seem to be very well built. Good colours, good looking, good fitting… more than good boots. Not tested their waterproofness… yet, but no reason to think there will be any issues.

Didn't need to break them in and walked 15km on my first day. Light, but not to light. Kept my feet dry

I'm normally a size 8 but I went for the recommended size as per the website and I've got a size 9 and the fit is fantastic very comfortable quite thin inside which is little disappointing compared to the quality of the boots nice long laces great complete seal underneath the laces making a kind of airtight shoe sealed very comfortableReally impressed with the tread nice thickness impressedHighly recommend for anybody for casual waking walk and hiking. Very attractive easy to keep clean as they are kind of suede finish just brush them and the mud easily comes off

Firstly I bought a pair of these at a very competitive price, and price is what ultimately sold me on a pair of these against other options I was considering.The boots seem well made, fit well. I’ve not done any real endurance walking in them yet to properly assess waterproofing durability but so far so good.What I really don’t like about these boots are the laces. These boots are fiddly to tie up and even with a double knot I find myself regularly having to stop and re-lace whilst out on walks which is frustrating. I know my knots and have used numerous boot brands and this is the first time I have had this issue.In summary I can’t really complain at the price I bought them at but I would consider others in this price point (Merrell, Salomon etc).

Fantastic product. Walked over 50 miles in 6 days in the Lake District without wet feet or blisters. This was on a wet week with the boots straight out of the box.

Petite marches par tout temps, elles sont vraiment à la hauteurde ce que j'attendais. Trés satisfait .

Der Schuh an sich ist super, nur die Größe nicht.Fällt leider sehe klein aus. Ich trage sonst fast nur airmax oder auf der Arbeit Sicherheitsschuhe von Engelbert Strauß. Beide jeweils in Größe 45.Hier bräuchte ich vermutlich eine 46,wepche momentan leider nicht verfügbar ist.

Presi - a prezzo interessante - per sostituire dei gloriosi salomon che hanno supportato (e sopportato) il mio peso per più di 10 anni, si sono dimostrati estremamente confortevoli. Avendo la pianta un po' larga e prevedendo di metterci una soletta 3/4, ho preso una mezza taglia in più e adesso lo scarpone calza perfettamente. Ottimo per escursioni a livello sub-alpinistico. Non ho messo la quinta stella perchè non le ho provate con pioggia o torrenti (tuttalpiù aggiornerò la recensione quando capiterà).
